En 2021, Riccardo Giraudi crée la surprise et invite le chef Mauro Colagreco à signer la carte de son emblématique Anahi. Son souhait ? Proposer des recettes qui célèbrent sa culture argentine, son histoire et ses souvenirs d’enfance dont le fameux Asado, symbole de ses racines culinaires et synonyme de jour de fête.
